LAS CRUCES, NEW MEXICO in BLOOM

From  the  base  of  the  Organ  Mountains,

the  Town  of  Las Cruces, New Mexico

sprawls  to  the  West  like  a  suburb  at  the  Horizon.

It's  a  rare  sight  to  catch  the  desert  in  Bloom.

It  only  lasts  a  few  days  when  it  does  happen.

The  chilled  Desert Air  becomes  heavy  with  perfume

and  my  Soul  is  gladdened  that  Winter  has  finally  Died.
